We provide comprehensive, on-going system support for base Odoo. Maintenance for smaller organizations is purchased in block of 4 or 8 hours and by negotiation for larger organization.
- The service is available for a fixed amount annual subscription fee based. There is no restriction on the number of users under any of the support contracts. You are free to enroll as many users as required. The limit is applied on the number of hours your support contract entitles you.
- The support contract covers training and implementation of standard Odoo modules. It does not include customization or developments related to Odoo. With the exception of Professional package come with bug fixes.
- Support hours cannot be carried forward. In case the hours for any given month is partially or fully under utilized, they will lapse automatically in the following month.
